Everyone here has their own chair, their own style, and their own calendar. Book the one you want rather than taking whoever is free.

If you want a fade you can see your reflection in, sit in my chair.

Bring a photo, or bring nothing. Either way you leave looking sharp.

Same cut your grandfather got, done the way it was meant to be.
Anyone can buy clippers. What takes years is knowing what to do with them once a man sits down and says "just tidy it up" while meaning something completely different.
That is the difference you are paying for here. Every barber in this shop has spent thousands of hours reading hairlines, working out where a cowlick is going to fight back, and learning that the same fade sits differently on two different heads. It is not something you pick up in a six week course. It is something you get wrong a few hundred times until you stop getting it wrong.
We keep the shop small on purpose. Three chairs, three barbers, no rotating cast of people passing through on their way somewhere else. When you book with someone here, that same person will be cutting your hair next month and next year. They will remember that you like it tight on the sides but not squared off at the back, and you will not have to explain it again.
Marcus came up in a shop that did nothing but fades, six days a week, and it shows. He works fast without ever looking rushed, and he is the one the other two ask when a blend is not sitting right.
Ask him for a skin fade and he will check how your hair grows at the nape before he touches a guard, because that is what decides whether it looks clean in two weeks or grows out patchy. He also does the best beard line work in the shop, freehand, no stencils.
Devon is the scissor man. Where the others reach for clippers he reaches for shears, which is why he gets the curly hair, the grow-outs, and anyone who wants length kept but weight taken out.
He is also the one parents ask for. Kids sit still for him, partly because he talks to them like people and partly because he is quick. If your son has cried in a barber chair before, book Devon and see what happens.
Ray opened the shop and still takes a full book five days a week. Twenty years in, he has cut three generations of some families, and he can tell you which street a man grew up on by the way he asks for his hair.
He is the only one here doing proper straight razor shaves, hot towel, warm lather, the whole thing, done in the time it deserves rather than squeezed between appointments. He also handles gray blending, which is quieter work than it sounds and much harder to do well.
Rush you. A cut takes as long as it takes, and if that means the man after you waits four minutes, he waits four minutes. That is also why booking matters here. Turn up without one and you are taking whatever gap is left.
